The pest identified before anything is sprayed
German cockroaches, subterranean termites and roof rats each need a different answer. Treating the wrong one costs you a season.
Entry points closed, not just occupants killed
Rodents come back through the same gap they used the first time. Exclusion work is what makes the treatment hold.
Straight answers on what recurs and what does not
Some problems are one visit. Some need a schedule. You are told which before you commit to anything.

Two rodents account for most of what happens in North Texas homes. Roof rats climb, live high, and get into attics along fence lines, tree limbs and utility lines. House mice work lower and need a gap barely wider than a pencil. Scratching overhead at dusk is usually the first; droppings in a pantry is usually the second.
Killing the ones inside is the straightforward half. The half that decides whether the problem returns is finding how they got in — roof-line gaps, unsealed plumbing and cable penetrations, gable vents, weep holes, and the space where a garage door seal has worn.
Baiting alone inside a structure has an obvious failure mode: a rodent that dies in a wall cavity becomes a different problem for several weeks. Trapping and removal avoids that.

Almost every termite problem in Collin and Denton County is the eastern subterranean termite. It lives in the soil, not the timber, and it reaches the structure through mud tubes built up the foundation or straight through cracks in the slab. That is why treatment is a soil and perimeter job rather than something sprayed on the wood you can see.
Blackland Prairie clay makes it worse. The soil swells when it rains and shrinks hard in a Texas summer, and the gaps that opens around a slab are the route in. A house can be treated correctly and still need the perimeter re-established after a few seasons of that movement.
What matters is finding every point of contact between soil and structure — plumbing penetrations, expansion joints, porches, patio slabs poured against the house — because a barrier with one gap in it is not a barrier.

Wasps and hornets are usually a location problem rather than an infestation. A paper wasp nest under an eave nobody passes is not urgent. The same nest above a back door, beside play equipment or inside a gas meter cover is, and it is treated on that basis.
Yellowjackets are the ones that turn a routine job difficult. They nest in the ground or in wall voids, they defend aggressively, and disturbing an entrance without knowing where the nest actually sits is how people get stung repeatedly.
Honey bees are treated differently on purpose. A honey bee colony can often be removed and relocated rather than killed, and a colony inside a wall needs the comb and honey physically removed regardless — left behind it ferments, stains through the plaster and draws other insects for months.

Mosquitoes do not spend their day in the open air of a lawn. They rest in shade and humidity — under deck boards, in dense shrub, against fence bases, in ground cover and leaf litter. Treatment that targets those harbourage areas lasts; treatment sprayed across open grass mostly does not.
The other half is standing water, and the amount needed is small. A saucer under a pot, a clogged gutter, a tarp fold, a bird bath left a week. Container-breeding species that thrive around North Texas homes need very little.
Because adults keep arriving from neighbouring properties, this is generally a recurring service through the season rather than a single visit that solves it permanently. Anyone promising otherwise is describing a different insect.

Wood-destroying insect inspections, including the report lenders ask for when a Texas property changes hands.

Soil treatment before the slab is poured — the cheapest termite protection a building will ever get.

Sealing the gaps rodents actually use, so the trapping does not have to be repeated every winter.

Squirrels, raccoons, opossums and birds removed from attics and soffits, then kept out.
Yard treatment aimed at where mosquitoes rest and breed, not just a fog that drifts off by the weekend.

Fire ant mounds in the lawn and odorous house ants on the counter are different problems with different answers.

Nests removed from eaves, wall voids and play areas — with honey bees relocated rather than destroyed where possible.

German cockroaches indoors and the large outdoor species that wander in are entirely different problems.

Heat and targeted treatment for an insect that hides in seams and voids and survives half-measures easily.

Yard and interior treatment timed to the life cycle, because the eggs are what bring fleas back a fortnight later.

Perimeter and void treatment, plus honest identification — most spiders found indoors here are harmless.

The pests that arrive with a change in weather or moisture and usually point at a condition rather than an infestation.

Finding what is breeding them — drains, bins, a forgotten fruit bowl or a dead animal in a void.

Scheduled programmes for restaurants, food premises, offices and multi-unit property, with the documentation inspections require.
Every service we offer, and what the work actually looks like.
A dispatcher takes the details and gives you a real arrival window. If it is urgent, we will talk you through stabilising things while a crew is on the way.
Someone comes out and looks at the actual problem rather than quoting from a phone description, so the price you get is the price that holds.
You see the options and the cost before any work starts. If a cheaper repair will genuinely solve it, that is the one we recommend.
We haul away what we removed and leave the site clean. The cleanup is part of the job, not an extra you have to ask for.

Both, but they are separate programmes with separate pricing. Termite work is soil and structure work; general pest control is a different method on a different schedule. Bundling them into one number tends to hide which you are actually paying for.
Wasp nests by doors or play areas, and rodents already inside the house, are prioritised. Most other work is scheduled within a few days. Termite inspections tied to a closing date are booked to the deadline.
Placement and timing carry most of that. Baits go where children and pets cannot reach, treatments are applied to harbourage rather than open living space, and you are told what to keep off and for how long. If something is not appropriate for your household, say so and it is worked around.
No. Plenty of problems are genuinely one-off and are handled as one visit. A programme is worth discussing when there is recurring seasonal pressure — not as a condition of getting help with a wasp nest.
Eastern subterranean termites live in the soil, and Blackland Prairie clay swells and shrinks through the year. The gaps that opens around a slab are the route in, and the movement degrades treated zones faster than stable soil would.
Yes, though multi-unit work has to consider adjacent units. Cockroaches and bed bugs travel through shared walls and risers, and treating one unit alone is the most common reason apartment treatments have to be repeated.
